Working on TELUS wasn’t just coming up with animal puns. TELUS Optik TV ‘the best in entertainment’ needed to get on the radar of Western Canadians. The problem? It’s Western Canada, most of those people are outside, in the mountains, on the water, having fun.
Enter #playwiththebest. A social contest asking weekend warriors to tag their outdoor pics for a chance to star in their very own action sports video. Shot by some of the biggest names in the business, the web series helped TELUS build awareness and affinity with its target audience. And not a critter in sight.
